The International Review of Public Administration (IRPA) published by the Francis and Taylor is eager to receive and promote lessons from public administration across the world and encourages cross-national and cross-boundary research. Since its inception in 1996, the primary aim of IRPA has been to provide a comprehensive knowledge of public administration and policy based on high-quality academic research. The journal seeks to promote the dissemination and discussion of academic research and strives to provide a worldwide audience with the opportunity for communication and further understanding on issues of public administration and policy. IRPA covers a wide array of public administration field, including but not confined to:

- public management
- comparative and international administration
- governance and inter-sectoral relationships
- innovation and organizational learning in the public sector
- public budgeting and finance
- policy tools and evaluation
- various fields of public policy (social welfare policy, education policy, health policy, etc.)

IRPA encourages prospective authors to submit their manuscripts of quality for publication. A typical manuscript will not exceed 7000 words including tables, references, captions and endnotes. In order to be considered for publication, please send an electronic copy of manuscript to irpa@kapa21.or.kr

Routledge, Taylor & Francis to publish International Review of Public Administration from 2014

We are delighted to announce that, from January 2014, International Review of Public Administration entered a new publication partnership with Routledge, Taylor & Francis Group.

Routledge is the largest social science publisher according to number of journals ranked in the Journal Citation Reports (Social Science Citation Index) and will bring a new range of benefits to International Review of Public Administration. International Review of Public Administration has grown in recent years and there is great benefit in partnering with Routledge who can enhance discoverability of the journal's online content and maximise dissemination of published articles, thereby facilitating greater engagement with a worldwide audience.

With Routledge, International Review of Public Administration will see a number of improvements, including:
- Seamless online availability of past issues via the Taylor & Francis Online platform, from Volume 1
- HTML articles, forward citation linking
- Article metrics including number of downloads and number of citations at article-level, and 'Users also   read...', 'Most Cited' and 'Most Read' features
